HOW WE SHIP
Orders over $50 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) ship FREE in the 48 Upper States. Orders of $50 or less (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $7.50. All orders being shipped to HI and AK will be shipped at a flat rate of $15.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Aurum Scents reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost
Aurum Scents will not be responsible for insufficient addresses, packages returned to sender or lost/stolen packages.
Coverage & Carriers:
- When Standard Shipping is selected, the carrier who delivers your order will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. You will receive tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be able to track your order at that time.
- We currently only ship within the U.S.
- Your order may require a signature release upon delivery.
Order Revisions / Cancellations / Damages:
- To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
- If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at service@aurumscents.net within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items and all packaging until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item or packaging, we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
